My name is Nikita Yudin, and I'm a Head of Product Design with 10+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, and SaaS.
For me, thoughtful, intuitive, and well-crafted design isn't a nice-to-have — it's the foundation of any digital product that actually delivers value to both users and the business. That's the lens I bring to every project I work on, and the same lens I now use to build teams and shape design strategy.
For the past 2+ years I've been leading product design at AVO — a digital bank in Uzbekistan that we launched from scratch. I built the design team, defined the design vision and processes, and rolled out a scalable design system. Our mobile apps hit 1M+ installs in the first 3 months, and ongoing work on onboarding, transfers, and payments has produced measurable lifts in completion rates. In parallel, I led design at Red Acre LTD — a B2B fintech platform focused on compliance and internal tooling — where I restructured key workflows, introduced accessibility standards, and set up a clean design–dev handoff for distributed teams.
Before that, I worked across the full product stack — from a New York marketing agency (Lasting Trend) to a SaaS platform powering 3,000+ educational websites (Sinergi-info) — and started my career in banking processing at RGS Bank. That mix means I'm equally comfortable talking to a CFO about business goals, to a backend engineer about API constraints, and to a junior designer about how to set up the right grid.
What I'm looking for now: a Head of Product Design role in a mature fintech / digital banking / SaaS product, ideally with an international team. I'm especially drawn to companies in the US, Australia, and New Zealand, and I'm open to relocation.
